Sibella is a vampire from Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School and she is voiced by Susan Blu. She is the only vampire at Miss Grimwood's Finishing School for Girls. She makes puns on words related to vampires, such as "fangtastic".

Sibella as a bat
Sibella has long purple hair, a light purple skin, red lips, and green eyes, and her outfit consists a dark purple dress with a red belt, red high heeled shoes, and a slit. She can turn into a bat like all other vampires also. In her bat form, she has purple wings, a dark purple body, and a light purple face.

As noted above, she can turn into a bat, which gives her the ability to fly.
